MAAT MGF1-2BG Automatic Pump Control unit

KSh2,999.00

Key Features & Design

  • Automatic Start/Stop Logic: Automatically energizes the pump when a tap, valve, or appliance is opened (sensing a drop in pressure), and powers it off when flow ceases.

  • Dry-Run (No-Water) Protection: Built-in flow sensor continuously monitors water intake. If the supply well or tank runs dry, the controller trips power to the pump automatically to prevent seal and impeller failure.

  • Integrated Pressure Gauge: Front-mounted analog gauge provides real-time visual inspection of line system pressure.

  • Manual Reset Button (RESET): Located on the front panel to easily restart the system after a dry-run fault is cleared or power is restored.

  • Eliminates Traditional Expansion Tanks: Functions as an all-in-one replacement for traditional mechanical pressure switches, brass 5-way connectors, and bulky pressure bladder tanks in standard booster setups.

Description

MAAT MGF1-2BG is an electronic automatic pump pressure controller designed to automate the starting and stopping of single-phase electric water pumps (surface, submersible, or centrifugal) based on line pressure drops and flow detection. It also acts as an essential safeguard by shutting off the pump during dry-run conditions to prevent motor burnout.
