By purchasing power tools, hand tools, or accessories from GPower Tools, whether online, via phone, or in person at our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Terms

  • GPower Tools operates as a registered retailer of power equipment, hand tools, and industrial hardware operating out of T Room, River Road, Nairobi.

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms, product specifications, or pricing at any time.

2. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KSh).

  • Full payment must be confirmed via M-PESA, bank transfer, or cash prior to dispatch or collection.

  • Tax invoices and official digital receipts serve as proof of purchase for warranties, returns, and exchanges.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

  • Flat Delivery Fee: Standard delivery across Kenya is charged at a flat rate of KSh 500.

  • Delivery Timeline: Orders arrive within 1 to 3 business days nationwide.

  • Daily Order Cutoff Time (4:00 PM): Orders confirmed before 4:00 PM (Monday to Saturday) will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 4:00 PM or on Sundays will ship the following business day.

  • Free Store Pickup: Orders can be collected for free from our outlet at T Room, River Road, Nairobi during store hours (Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

  • 7-Day Return Window: Customers may return eligible products within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

  • Free Return Shipping: Return shipping cost is 100% free.

  • Zero Restocking Fee: We do not charge restocking or handling fees (KSh 0 restocking fee).

  • 3-Day Refund Processing: Upon inspecting and verifying returned goods at our River Road outlet, refunds will be issued to your M-PESA or bank account within 3 business days.

5. Product Use & Liability

  • Power tools and heavy industrial equipment must be operated in accordance with official manufacturer safety guidelines and user manuals.

  • GPower Tools is not liable for indirect damages, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, unapproved modifications, or improper installation of products.
