1. 7-Day Return Window

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

  • Eligible Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by all standard accessories, user manuals, and packaging included at dispatch.

  • Defective / Damaged Goods: If a tool arrives damaged or fails upon arrival, contact us within 7 days for an immediate exchange or full refund.

2. Free Returns & No Restocking Fees

  • Zero Cost to You: Return shipping costs are 100% free.

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not deduct any restocking or processing fees (KSh 0 fee).

3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to us via phone/WhatsApp at +254 181 066 512 or email shop@gpowertools.co.ke with your order details and reason for return.

  2. In-Store Return: Alternatively, bring the item directly to our shop at T Room, River Road, Nairobi (Open Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM).

  3. Dispatch Courier: For outside Nairobi orders, we will coordinate return collection through our courier network.

4. 3-Day Refund Processing

  • Inspection: Upon receiving the item at our River Road outlet, our technical team inspects the return.

  • Disbursement: Approved refunds are processed and sent to your M-PESA or bank account within 3 business days.
