1. KSh 500 Flat Rate Shipping
We charge a simple, flat rate of KSh 500 for delivery anywhere in Kenya, regardless of weight or size.
Whether your parcel is destined for Nairobi or regional towns across the country, the shipping fee remains fixed at KSh 500.
Free Store Pickup: You can choose to collect your items directly from our shop at T Room, River Road, Nairobi during our regular business hours at zero cost.
2. Order Processing & Daily Cutoff Time (4:00 PM)
Orders Placed Before 4:00 PM: Processed and dispatched on the same business day (Monday to Saturday).
Orders Placed After 4:00 PM / Sundays: Dispatched on the next business day.
Store Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
3. Delivery Timelines
Nairobi & Metros: Typically delivered within 1 working day.
Rest of Kenya: Delivered within 1 to 3 working days via courier partners.
Tracking & Notification: Once your package is dispatched, we will send you dispatch confirmation along with courier details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
